Rikke Bjørn Sørensen is the new CFO at Port of Aarhus

The Port of Aarhus has hired Rikke Bjørn Sørensen as its new CFO.

Rikke Bjørn Sørensen comes with a solid background as a state-authorised accountant and a long-standing partner in the audit and advisory company BDO, and most recently she has been CFO at Innovater since the end of 2012.

- With both heavy experience from the auditing industry and as a leader in the Danish business community, Rikke has a strong profile with excellent results both in terms of finance and management. I am very pleased that Rikke has agreed to come on board and become part of the management team at the Port of Aarhus, says CEO of Port of Aarhus, Thomas Haber Borch, about the appointment of the port's new CFO.

In addition to being a state-authorised accountant, Rikke Bjørn Sørensen has completed an Executive MBA at CBS. She will take up the position at the Port of Aarhus on 1 November 2025.
