The Port of Aarhus closed the first half of 2025 with a solid financial result and an increase in total freight turnover of 5.3 percent. Container turnover (TEU) in particular has increased significantly by over 13 percent compared to the same period last year. This has led Denmark's largest commercial port to revise up expectations for all of 2025.

430 meters of new quay is on its way to the port of Aarhus. Construction of the project, which has been approved by the Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority, will begin this week.
