Terms of ordering
When ordering an access card/brobizz to the Port of Aarhus the following terms are accepted.
The guidelines for issuing access cards/brobizz and traffic in the secured areas of the Port of Aarhus are established on the basis of the obligations the port has in accordance with legislation on the security of port facilities and ports, including: Ordinance 1282 on the security of ports, Ordinance 1283 on the security of port facilities and the internal guidelines of the Port of Aarhus.
The issued access card or registered brobizz is unless otherwise agreed in person and may only be used by the person it is handed to or vehicle for brobizz. The access card/Brobizz may only be used for what is agreed in the application. Thus, the access card/brobizz does not give the right to be anywhere else at Aarhus harbour other than what has been agreed. Likewise, the access card and brobizz only grant the right of access for the time agreed.
When you travel in the secured areas of the Port of Aarhus, you must always be able to identify yourself and have a legal errand in the area. Aarhus Port staff or security personnel may at any time ask persons on the port's territory to identify themselves and explain their business in the area. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the applicant to inform the cardholder of the above terms. Changes in vulnerability assessments, increases in security levels, regulatory requirements or otherwise may lead to an immediate change in these rules and give rise to changes in access conditions.
Violations of the above and the port's other rules (Regulations and ISPS rules can be found on Aarhus Havn's website) will result in the withdrawal of the access card/brobizz and possibly a police report.
Access cards that are not registered and used for 3 months will be deleted. It is always possible to contact the Gatevagten when entering without a card. If you lose your card and need a new one, you will be charged an administration fee. An ordered admission card must be collected within 30 days. If the card is not collected within 30 days, it will be deactivated and the card holder will receive an invoice of DKK 150, -.
